When I first set out on my own challenge I definitely didn't think about the CJ as being such a roadblock but in hindsight I suppose I should have seen it coming. I commend you for your dedication despite the unfortunate outcome.

This is the one boss that's easier in TTO. You are allowed to regrab a goon/safe midair whereas you can't do that in TTR.

Theoretically speaking, you can throw faster than the cogs, who average 4 evidence every 6s (there's 8 lawyers and they have 50% chance to throw at scale). Practically speaking, it's hard to throw fast enough with the scale being so high, not to mention lack of sprinting to reload evidence. In TTR a Tier 1 CJ might be possible without stunning, if you seat a lot of toons so the scale starts lower.
